It's a transparent gel. Apply a Foil Transfer layer to the nail surface you would like to decorate and wait 30 seconds. Apply the foil design of your choice and rub the surface evenly. Lift the aluminum paper making sure the whole design is adhered. Finally, apply the top layer of your choice. Quick and easy decoration.

If you want to give your design an encapsulated effect, applyRubber Top Gel.
