The return period will be within 14 days from the purchase of the order. The item to be returned must be in perfect condition, in its original packaging, in addition to the promotional gifts included in its case, being the PRODUCT IN PERFECT STATE FOR THE SALE (without opening container and without being used). Once VIOLETA COSMETICS S.L performs the previous study, receives the goods in its warehouse and after checking the status of the same, it will proceed to the refund of its amount less the expenses generated by the shipment, as agreed with the buyer previously.

Dectuous or in poor condition:in the event that the customer receives the contents of the package in poor condition, due to the transport of the package, the customer has the right to make the claim within 24/48 hours, in writing (Chart, email) to Violeta Cosmetics SL. The customer must send the defective products to Violeta Cosmetics SL. Once received and checked, Violeta Cosmetics SL will immediately send the products to replace the customer
